Grace Neighbors/Brave-ly
We have recently partnered with BRAVE-LY, a mutual aid hub serving Burnsville, Rosemount, Apple Valley, Eagan, and Lakeville to support their food distribution. There are many ways of getting involved, from donating supplies to packing and delivering bags to a central location, to coloring notes of care and encouragement. Reach out to Pr. Reed if you’d like to get involved – the most consistent opportunities will be on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Darts
DARTS Breathing Space is a group respite program that offers caregivers a needed break by providing supervision, socializing, and activities for the care receiver. The program is designed for individuals with early- to mid-stage memory loss or other conditions that require some supervision. The program meets at Grace on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month. If you are interested in volunteering at Breathing Space, please contact Annie David, Volunteer Programs Manager at DARTS, 651-234-2227 or annie.david@darts1.org.
Below are Ministry Teams, which means if you’re interested in learning more or getting involved, you are welcome and invited to attend and participate in Ministry Team meetings and projects!
Public Faith - Next Meeting Tuesday, Feb. 24th at 6:30p
This team continues to deepen our congregation’s shared commitments to anti-racism, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, climate justice, and generosity, as we seek to live out Christ’s love in the world, through education and action. In recent months, this is the team that has been primarily plugged into ISAIAH organizing work and responding to the needs of our neighbors.

Nurturing faith formation programs, events, and care for families with kids in the first third of their lives. Meets first Tuesdays at 5:30p.
Guatemala Partnership
Grace is in partnership with the congregation of Mensajeros de Cristo in Guatemala, journeying together in the love of Christ, through prayer, mutual respect and understanding, and frequent communication.
Movie Screening on Friday, February 20th, 6:30-8:30p
Ixcanul has been celebrated for its authentic portrayal of Mayan culture and for bringing attention to the experiences of indigenous peoples in Guatemala. The movie was filmed in Guatemala and features native speaking actors, many of them non-professional actors. The movie is filmed in a native Mayan language with English subtitles. Ixcanul presents real-life issues in a slightly fictionalized manner; the content of the movie would not be appropriate for pre-teens.
