Feeding Our Community

GRACE FOOD DRIVE AND PACK
In response to SNAP cuts and the aftermath of the government shutdown, we have been in communication with the Apple Valley Food Shelf at Shepherd of the Valley, and the LINK / CORE Drop-In Center to learn how we can best support our neighbors and partners. Based on those conversations, and from the increase in calls we have been getting for food support, we are hosting a food drive during the month of November, and will pack bags with what we collect. These premade bags will be distributed between the Apple Valley Food Shelf, the LINK, and Grace for those who need them.

We will be collecting items through November 29th.

After worship on Sunday, November 30th, we will pack the bags to go out into the world!
Pop-top cans are strongly preferred, and if you’d like to give a monetary donation, that will go directly to the Apple Valley Food Shelf.
