Pastor Andrea Roske-Metcalfe has served as Associate Pastor at Grace since the fall of 2013. She’s a native of the Twin Cities, having grown up in Inver Grove Heights. She attended Texas Lutheran University and earned her Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary in New York City. Pastor Andrea is a participant with the 2017-19 Collegeville Multi-Religious Fellows Program, and a Writer in Residence for Fidelia’s Sisters, a publication of Young Clergy Women International. She’s passionate about storytelling and was the winner of the 2017 Twin Cities Moth GrandSLAM storytelling competition. Previously, Pastor Andrea served as the Mexico Country Coordinator for the ELCA Young Adults in Global Mission (YAGM) program. Prior to her call in Mexico, most of her ministry was in urban areas in New York and Chicago, where she worked as a community organizer. Pastor Andrea and her husband Luke (a Presbyterian chaplain with the Ebenezer Minneapolis campus) live in south Minneapolis with their daughters, Olivia and Clementine.
