Pastor Matthews came to Grace Lutheran Church in the Fall of 2003. He is a graduate of Concordia College and Luther Seminary, and studied at the International Center for Holocaust Education at Yad Vashem in Jersualem. He is a Police Chaplain, author of two books on Dietrich Bonhoeffer, a husband, father, and proud grandfather.

Pastor Andrea was called in October 2013 to serve as Associate Pastor at Grace. Andrea, a native of the Twin Cities, attended Texas Lutheran University and earned her Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary in New York City. Andrea spent time working in urban ministry settings in both New York and Chicago, and served as the Mexico Country Coordinator for the ELCA Young Adults in Global Mission program. She is married to Luke, an ordained Presbyterian pastor and chaplain, and they have two daughters, Olivia and Clementine.
