Vendor Registration
Registration is now open to become a vendor at the 2022 Holiday Boutique and Lefse Sale. We strive to serve both vendors and participants well, ensuring a great experience for everyone. Simply fill out the form below, submit your payment, and we’ll be in touch soon with more details. We’ll see you in November!

Q: Will there be a sale in 2022?
A: We are optimistic — save the date for November 5, 2022 when we hope to have our best boutique yet!
Q: When does vendor registration open?
A: Vendor registrations are now open, beginning in early March 2022.
Q: How much is a booth space?
A: Booth spaces are $30 for the first space and $40 for a second space for hand-made items, and $40 for the first space and $40 for a second space for non-handmade items (e.g. Mary Kay, Tastefully Simple, etc.). There is a maximum of 2 spaces per vendor.
Q: How big are booth spaces?
Our spaces are 8 feet wide and about 6 feet deep. The tables are arranged in straight lines (not u-shaped stalls). If you require space for additional racking or shelving next to your table you will want to rent a second space to accommodate the additional display items.
Q: Do I need to bring at table?
A: We encourage vendors to bring their own tables, but Grace does have a limited number of tables available for rental. The rental fee is $10 per table and the table size will be either 6′ or 8′ based upon availability. Table rentals must be requested on registration forms.
Q: Can I have the same space every year?
A: We will try to keep you in the same area of the event from year to year if requested, but we do not assign individual spaces to vendors consistently.
Q: Is there electricity available?
A: There are a limited number of booth spaces that are located near electrical outlets throughout the event space. However, access must be requested on registration forms, and extension cords are not provided.
Q: When can I set up?
A: Set up is from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. the night before the event, and from 7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. on the morning of the event.
Q: Is there WiFi available?
A: Yes, we have Wi-Fi available on site.
Q: Is there food available?
A: We typically have a diner serving lunch the day of the event. All things are currently tentative due to Covid. If food is available, registered vendors will receive a menu in advance so that they can plan for meals (light breakfast will also be available for vendors to purchase).
